From the Mountains of Peru
Peruvian Shaman comes from farms located approximately 1,550–1,900 meters above sea level in Cajamarca, one of Peru’s celebrated coffee-growing regions. Its high elevation, fertile soil, and favorable climate help produce a beautifully balanced cup with caramel sweetness, delicate fruit notes, and a smooth milk-chocolate finish.
The coffee is washed and sun-dried, creating a clean flavor profile that allows the character of the origin to shine through.
