Shipping & Returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at CBC Roasters. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns Policy. 

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12:00PM CST will be roasted and packed the same day and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be roasted and packed the next business day and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be roasted and packed the next business day and shipped within 24 hours. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

CBC Roasters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 


CBC Roasters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


International Shipping Policy 

  • We currently ship internationally to Canada.

  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as “gift” or with altered prices.

Return Policy - Coffee

We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of coffee. If you are not satisfied with a product, we would love to hear your feedback. CBCRoasters is a company committed to providing quality coffee and service to our customers. While we cannot accept returns, if you have any issue with your coffee or if there are errors with your order, please contact us within five days of receiving your order. Our team will work with you to ensure customer satisfaction.
