How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

All wholesale coffee is roasted to order within days of delivery. You'll receive coffee at peak freshness, typically within 3-7 days of roasting. We never ship from pre-roasted inventory.

Can you create a custom blend for our business?

Absolutely! Our white label program includes custom blend development. We'll work with you to create a signature coffee that reflects your brand and appeals to your customers.

Do you offer organic options?

Yes, we carry organic certified coffees when available. Our inventory rotates seasonally based on harvest cycles and availability. Submit an inquiry to learn about current organic offerings.

What are your payment terms?

New and small accounts use credit card payment. Established wholesale partners qualify for Net 15-30 terms based on order history and volume.

Do you deliver, or do we pick up?

We offer monthly delivery at the beginning of each month for wholesale partners. Local pickup is also available at our Arlington Heights facility during business hours.

Can we visit your roasting facility?

Yes! We have an open-door policy. Visit us Tuesday-Friday, 10am-3pm to see our roasting operation. No appointment needed. We love showing partners and prospective clients our process.

What if our customers aren't satisfied?

We stand behind our coffee with a satisfaction guarantee. If there's ever an issue with quality or freshness, we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.

How do you handle supply chain disruptions or coffee availability changes?

We work with five trusted importers and maintain relationships with multiple origin countries to ensure consistent supply. If a specific coffee becomes unavailable, we'll work with you to find a comparable replacement that meets your quality standards and flavor profile needs.
